VICTORIA CARTER

Research and Operations Director

Victoria graduated from University of East Anglia with a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology. Since this time Victoria has built a particular interest in the delivery of real-life research globally. She led Optimum Patient Care in clinical services and collection of patient-reported outcomes for 5 years.

Victoria is now responsible for the delivery and growth of all OPRI (Observational & Pragmatic Research Institute) initiatives and collaborations with experience in implementing internationally renowned services in respiratory medicine, including the iHARP initiative across 7 countries worldwide. She has contributed to a number of scientific papers and been fundamental in the successful delivery of several national initiatives, including the British Lung Foundation’s Asthma Management Programme in the UK.
