Quality Improvement

OPC strive to improve the lives of patients by implementing quality
improvement and building data sources for research.

What do We do?

We are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of patients.
We collect electronic medical records and patients reported information/outcomes for systematic monitoring We implement well-tested systems that integrate into routine workflows. We provide education and reflection opportunities for GPs. We make a difference to primary care providers with our data driven educational programs.

How do we do it?

OPC provide free epidemiological summary statistics for general practices. Clinical audit findings are shared with the practice in an interactive HTML report and can be presented to clinical and management staff by an epidemiologist on request.
